3:00PM SESSION IS OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC

As you hear “ALL ABOARD!”, Conductor Ken will begin your adventure on the famous Christmas eve ride to the North Pole. (not an actual train ride)
Once seated, Conductor Ken will make his way through the “coach” asking for tickets from children, asking their age, and then punching that many holes in the ticket for them to keep.
You will also enjoy the nostalgia of a Lionel model train running through a replica of the North Pole. You will even meet Santa on this journey and he will announce the presentation of the “first gift of Christmas” for one of the lucky children. The Polar Express Experience is located in the Santa Zone at One Centre Square.
